Last week, President Trump pardoned former Arizona Sheriff Joe Arpaio.

Arpaio was convicted for ignoring a court order instructing him to halt holding individuals thought to be illegal aliens.

Reaction to the president's decision was swift from Democrats and Republicans.

Democrat Senator Dianne Feinstein said Trump showed, "disregard for the rule of law."

Democrat Senator Chuck Schumer injected race into the matter Tweeting Arpaio's actions were, "The definition of racism and bigotry."

Republican Senator John McCain said the president's pardon, "undermines his claim for the respect of rule of law."

Arpaio was charged with a misdemeanor with the possibility of six months in jail.

Former President Obama commuted jail sentences for traitor Army Pvt. Bradley Manning and terrorist FALN top leader Oscar Lopez Rivera.

To put things in perspective, Manning was serving a 35-year sentence and Rivera a 70-year sentence.

Democrats are using President Trump's comments about Charlottesville, VA, to convince black voters that the president is a white supremacist sympathizer.

To keep race issues in the news, Democrats are demanding that Confederate statues be removed from cities and parks.

House Minority Leader Nancy Pelosi (D-CA) is demanding Confederate statues must be removed from the Capitol and claimed Trump supports white supremacists.

Pelosi did not push for the removal of Confederate statues when Democrats controlled Congress and the White House.

The constant news about Trump and white supremacy is keeping emotions high in the black community and contributed to a state senator in Missouri to hope for Trump's assassination.

Democrats hope the white supremacist branding of Trump will keep emotions high and motivate black voters to turn out in the 2018 elections.

The three tiers of the anti-Trump industry fueled a backlash against President Trump over his initial comments about the violence in Charlottesville, Virginia.

The left-wing media, Democrats and the never-Trumper crowd all slammed Trump because his initial comments did not specifically call out neo-Nazi and KKK groups for violence.

Trump's initial comments were the appropriate ones to make while the events were still developing, however, the context of his remarks did not fit the agenda of those opposed to the president.

Each member of the anti-Trump industry politicized the tragedy in Charlottesville to advance their cause.

Left-wing media wants to damage Trump's public approval, Democrats are race baiting to drive black voters to the polls and the never-Trumpers want to prove they were right in their opposition to Trump.

The consequences of the anti-Trump industry are dangerous to domestic and national security.

The race baiting can lead to more violence and the perception that Trump is losing influence could result in North Korea taking action against the U.S.

The Senate went on vacation but before they left Washington, D.C., they made sure President Trump could not make any recess appointments to his administration.

Every Senator voted to keep the Senate in what they call a pro-forma session to keep the Senate "open" and from going into recess.

Using the tactic of a pro-forma session to prevent presidential appointments is not unique but unlike other presidents, the Senate is way behind in approving Trump's nominees.

Senate Minority Leader Chuck Schumer (D-NY) has used a Senate rule that requires a 30-hour debate for each nomination.

Allowing Trump to make recess appointments would allow the president to catch up with the rate of nominations that other presidents have had in the past.

In addition, recent news stories by the left-wing media focused on Republicans dissatisfaction with Trump including a possible primary challenge for the Republican nominee in 2020.

The media sought out and quoted the likely suspects of Trump's Republican critics.

In this edition of "The Buzz," the discussion will focus on the collusion of Republicans, Democrats and the left-wing media to undermine Trump.

Representative Debbie Wasserman Schultz who resigned as head of the DNC over allegations the organization pushed for Hillary Clinton's nomination over Bernie Sanders is involved in another scandal.

The Foundation for Accountability and Civic Trust (FACT) filed a complaint with the Office of Congressional Ethics against Schultz over her association with a former House of Representatives Information Technology aide.

Schultz kept Imran Awan on salary even though he was under criminal investigation and was prevented from working on the House computer network.

Awan was arrested for bank fraud by the FBI at Dulles International Airport just before his trip to Pakistan.

Members of Awan's family were fired from IT positions at the House of Representatives because of a criminal investigation regarding theft and mishandling sensitive Congressional information.

The left-wing media is largely ignoring the story.

In this episode of "The Buzz," we describe the issues surrounding the ethics complaint and the possible crimes committed by Awan and his family. In addition, we will discuss the way the left-wing media is downplaying the story.
